Boolaroo Breakfast Club

Our Community Place provides school kids healthy nutritious breakfast and this mission is about to expand to other locations too. Starting out by serving breakfast to 12-20 kids at Boolaroo Public School, Our Community Place has sought to expand its services. In addition to breakfast clubs on 2 more days of the week for Boolaroo Public School, Speer Point Public School’s 118 kids will also benefit from breakfast clubs if the organization can get the finding it needs on crowdfunding platform Chuffed. The organization needs the funds for preserving food hygiene, ensuring child safety and training volunteers. Research shows that from school attendance to focus, concentration and social skills and even parent-school relationships, breakfast clubs can create a lot of positive outcomes. So, join in the fund raising efforts as Our Community Place seeks to bring about a chance to make the kids start the school day on a healthy and cheerful note.
