Scholarship fund to qualify New Pilates Trainer entering the Wellness Industry through our programs.
Recently a hashtag marked #125Scholarships appeared along our feed and we decided to follow it and see what that was all about. With tuition fees on the rise and other school-related costs that seem to be on the minds of many people, this refreshing take on how to introduce and qualify new talents into the fitness and wellness industry took us by surprise — in a good way.
The United Pilates Teaching System is a Licensed Program of The Health Alliances Network with a pretty full program catalog, accredited by US sports medicine organizations, ranging from entry level to advanced teaching and practitioner courses. The vision of the campaign is to fund 125 new pilates trainers into the industry. With any luck, they seek to continue this endeavor (and possibly expand the scholarships to other programs and research).
The organization behind this ambitious undertaking, The Health Alliances Network, is a newly incorporated US public benefit corporation, started by graduates of an equally ambitious school. The organization has already begun promoting health and wellness in an unconventional manner, with product offerings, such as: Learning Holidays, Retreats, and a password-protected Medical section.

The United Pilates™ programs are a qualifying series for fitness and wellness enthusiasts to become certified Pilates instructor. At the end of the course you will learn to teach both classical and contemporary forms of Pilates; with teaching skills and understanding anchored in biomechanics. The human body moves and strengthens dynamically and beneficially through the Joseph Pilates method. The United Pilates™programs are accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine. The United Pilates Teaching System is a series of qualifying program for entry-level to experienced trainers to become knowledgeable and practiced in an applied (vocational) training program. The entire catalog comprises of ten programs, with more accredited programs added every year.
