BloodGuilt is a dark, yet entertaining story that expands on our conceptions about the human condition. It’s about a career criminal that kills his good friend for profit, but struggles through a paranormal experience that overwhelms him with guilt.
Daymond C. Roman (project creator) is a veteran of the Armed Forces. He has served in the United States Army for nine years and has received numerous awards for his professionalism and exemplary behavior. Once his terms of service were complete, Daymond enrolled into the University of Texas at El Paso where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, with a Minor in Chemistry.
However, film is where Daymond’s heart has always been. So, after receiving his Undergraduate Degree, Daymond decided to study screenwriting under the tutelage of legendary television writer, Larry Brody. He has also studied the crafts of cinematography, audio production, and acting to write, direct, and produce short films. Daymond is expected to graduate from the Entertainment Business Masters Program at Full Sail University in 2017.

Daymond’s next project is BloodGuilt a short film loosely based on Edgar Allan Poe’s short story. He has started a crowdfunding campaign with a goal of raising $16.2k in order to bring BloodGuilt to life! The fund raised will be used for the following expenses: To purchase additional equipment, to pay for actor fees, music composition, music licensing, and other post production costs.
In the creator’s own words: In the past, I’ve either had to mimic or skip these areas altogether, which in turn, caused the quality of my previous films to suffer. I would rather not go through a similar experience with this film, as I believe this story can help people think more deeply about their choices and the consequences therein. Hopefully, encouraging all of us to make better choices while enhancing our world along the way.
Thank you so much for any help you’re able to give. And please forward this campaign to anyone you think may be interested and willing to help.
Any amount would count and it would be much appreciated if you are not able to give then to SHARE SHARE SHARE! Thank you all and much love!
